At Beckley Retreats, Elizabeth is a ceremony musician, yoga teacher and facilitator.
Her Story
Since 2014, Elizabeth has been the founder of TrueSelf Centre, a well-known community space in Kingston, Jamaica that offers a variety of wellness and healing practices for all ages. Her community work focuses on exploring different ways for us to feel more connected, supported, and inspired in our day to day lives. Of all the wellness practices she has explored in her own life, music is Elizabeth’s favourite.
