What we’ll explore

You understand the pattern.
Why is it still hard to change?

You may have tried coaching, therapy, meditation, or another framework. You know how you want to handle the difficult conversation—yet under pressure, the familiar reaction returns. Or you’re performing well at work and arriving home with little left to give.

This webinar explores those questions through the science of psychedelics, with a focus on psilocybin. We’ll look at brain activity, research on wellbeing and patterns of thought, and why preparation and integration matter—while separating established findings from possibilities still being studied.

01 / UNDERSTAND

What happens
beneath the thinking mind

Get an accessible introduction to the different compounds, then explore psilocybin’s effects on receptors, brain networks, and neuroplasticity—and the questions these findings raise about familiar patterns of thought.

02 / EXPLORE

What the evidence
actually supports

Examine research on mental health, openness, meaning, and wellbeing, including studies in healthy adults. Explore the relevance to leadership while keeping study limitations and unproven claims about performance in view.

03 / CONSIDER

What responsible
exploration involves

Understand screening, risks, preparation, setting, and integration. Learn about routes to access, including clinical trials, supervised services, and legal retreats, and bring your questions to the live Q&A.

Before you join

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I need to know anything about psychedelics?

No. We’ll begin with the basics, distinguish between different compounds, and explain why the conversation focuses on psilocybin. You don’t need previous knowledge or experience.

Is this a sales presentation for a retreat?

This is an educational session focused on the science, evidence, and open questions. Legal retreats will be discussed as one route to access. People who want program details can choose a separate follow-up conversation; attending this webinar does not commit you to applying for a retreat.

Will there be time for questions?

Yes. The one-hour session includes audience polls and a live Q&A. Bring your questions about the research, safety, preparation, integration, and legal access. Individual program questions will be directed to a separate follow-up conversation.

Will this webinar offer medical advice?

This is an educational conversation, not individual medical advice or a recommendation to use psychedelics. Questions about your health, treatment, or medications belong with a qualified healthcare professional. If you decide to apply for our program, we have a suitability consultation to talk about personal suitability for our program.

Does the research show psychedelics make people better leaders?

Research on clinical conditions and studies of wellbeing in healthy adults do not, on their own, establish improved leadership or business performance. We’ll distinguish measured findings, personal accounts, and questions that still need research.

Start with understanding

A clearer understanding starts with better questions.

Join us to explore the science, its limits, and the questions that matter to how you lead—at work and at home.
