5 nights at Good Hope, Jamaica. 2 guided psilocybin sessions. A group of up to 18 guests with a team of five to six practitioners. Four weeks of preparation before you arrive and six weeks of integration after you return.

Good Hope is a restored estate in the hills of Trelawny, Jamaica, 45 minutes from Montego Bay airport. Two centuries-old villas, thirteen rooms with their own bathrooms, two pools, a private beach and open mountain views. More about Jamaica.

Every guest is screened before acceptance, and every applicant has a suitability call with our team to go through their history, answer questions and make sure the program is a fit. Applying takes about seven minutes and our team replies within three to five business days. Approval does not commit you to a week.

Rooms and pricing

$5,500 to $12,500 per guest, by room type.

  • Shared and private rooms. Most guests choose a private room; shared rooms are the lower price.
  • Included: airport transfers on arrival and departure days, all meals and snacks, every group session, yoga, meditation and breathwork, and the full preparation and integration programs.
  • Not included: flights, and massage, which is available on site for an additional charge.
  • Optional 1:1 coaching with a facilitator can be added at checkout.
  • Financial aid is available for guests with need.

Who is in the room

Our guests come from many walks of life. Most are in their 40s through 70s: founders, executives, physicians, therapists, attorneys, and people who have built a full life and want to look honestly at what has not shifted on its own. Nobody here is in crisis. What they share is a considered approach and a sense that the next step asks for something different.

Every applicant is screened before acceptance and each group is composed with care, so that the people around you are ready for the same kind of work.

The team with you

Five to six practitioners hold the week, and during sessions there is at least one facilitator for every four guests, usually one for every three. Our teams include practitioners with backgrounds as psychotherapists, psychologists and physicians. On retreat they are not acting in their licensed capacity, because Beckley does not provide medical treatment, but that training is in the room with you. In Jamaica a nurse is on site during every session, with a doctor on call.

The psilocybin is sourced from trusted suppliers and tested. The program has been designed with physician, psychiatrist and psychotherapist input, and safety protocols are reviewed with every venue and team.

What the days look like

Arrival

Private transfer from the airport. Settle in, meet your group and the team, and open the week together.

Preparation on site

Meditation, breathwork and gentle movement. Time with a facilitator to set your intention. Time in nature, and a digital detox.

The sessions

2 guided psilocybin sessions, on separate days. Each lasts around six hours, in one room, with your group and the full team. Every guest receives a custom amount within a predefined range, around what you would see in a clinical trial in the US, though this is not medical treatment. Music guides the arc. A facilitator is within reach the whole time. You can step outside, drink water, ask for support, or ask for quiet.

Integration on site

The day after a session is set aside to make sense of it: group circles, 1:1 time, rest, and practices you can take home.

Departure

Closing circle, then a private transfer to the airport. The six weeks of integration begin the following week.

Before you arrive

Four weeks of digital preparation at your own pace, built for busy professionals: group calls with your cohort, a 1:1 intake call, guided practices and resources in the Beckley app. If you join after preparation has started, we catch you up.

After you return

Six weeks of integration: weekly group calls, short daily practices and science-backed tools to turn what happened on retreat into habits. Then the alumni community, which stays open.

Questions people ask before they apply

How does applying work, and is the suitability call required?

The application takes about seven minutes and is confidential. Our team replies within three to five business days, and every applicant then has a suitability call with us. The call is mandatory: it is where we go through your history together, answer your questions and make sure the program is a fit. It protects you, and it protects the group you will sit with. Approval does not commit you to a date.

I have never done anything like this. Is this the right program for me?

Yes. The longer programs carry the most preparation and support, which is why we recommend the five-night Signature Program to first-time guests rather than a shorter format.

I take medication. Can I still come?

Some medications, including SSRIs and SNRIs, may mean the program is not the right fit, or not yet. Apply anyway and tell us: the suitability call is where we work that out together, alongside your prescriber. Our FAQ has the detail.

What if a session is difficult?

Difficult passages are part of this work and the team is trained for them. A facilitator is with you, you are never left alone, and the next day is built for making sense of what came up, in the group and one to one.

What happens when I get home?

Integration starts the week after you return: six weeks of group calls, daily practices and tools, plus optional 1:1 coaching. Most guests say the weeks after are where the change takes hold.
