Jayne Ebner

Facilitator & Yoga/Breathwork Teacher

“Psychedelics bring us back to ourselves and closer to our truth. A truth that is simple and beautiful: that we are part of an interwoven world and no one is an island.”

Her Role

Jayne facilitates yoga and breathwork as part of the retreat experience, helping guests regulate their nervous systems and ground into the present moment. Her sessions gently prepare the body and mind for the deeper inner work of the retreat, supporting participants in feeling safe, open, and connected throughout their journey.

Her Story

With over 15 years of personal practice, Jayne completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Kula Yoga Project under Nikki Vilella in 2015. She’s since trained in Conscious Embodiment, Breathwork, and Yoga with teachers such as David Elliott, Erin Telford, Zach Dacuk, Maty Ezraty, and Genny Kapuler. Her work is guided by the belief that our emotional, physical, and energetic bodies are deeply interconnected — and that movement and breath can create profound shifts in wellbeing.

Her Why

Jayne is fascinated by the human experience—our bodies, breath, and the invisible threads that bind us. Outside of Beckley, she co-creates playful and deeply restorative experiences in New York City. She is the co-founder of The Leisure Emporium, a sensory journey combining breathwork and ambient sound, a member of the underground dance collective Bob & Shirley, and the co-host of the whimsical dinner series Cloud Sandwich. Most often, you’ll find her at Everyone in Ridgewood on Sunday mornings, leading a slow and rolling Breathwork and Yoga class. Her passion lies in creating spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and simply be.
