Leslie Stoel

Facilitator & Yoga/Breathwork Teacher

“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”

Her Role

Leslie serves as a co-facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Breathworker, and Musician at Beckley Retreats.

Her Story

Leslie began her career in mental healthcare in 1998, working for 19 years in various roles as a coach, mentor, and later as a trainer. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, completed a two-year yoga teacher training, and a one-year breathwork certification. Over the years, she has deepened her expertise through a wide range of trainings focused on the brain, body, emotions, and spirit.
Her path has also taken her twice to Peru, where she studied with shamans and engaged in therapeutic work with ayahuasca. In 1990, she entered a 13-year journey in a spiritual mystery school, where she studied the Gnostic way of living under the guidance of a Colombian master.
In 2017, Leslie founded her own practice integrating breathwork, yoga, bodywork, psychedelics, and trauma-informed integration coaching. Her commitment to this work is deeply personal—her own transformation journey, largely self-guided, has made her an expert through lived experience.

Her Why

Leslie has a deep and heartfelt commitment to contributing to the conscious evolution of humanity. Having walked through fire herself, she continues to offer support and guidance to others from a place of compassion, wisdom, and authenticity. For her, this work is not a choice—it is a calling. Her mission is to help others transform, awaken, and reconnect, leaving a meaningful imprint on the world.
