Pursuant to Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we have appointed the European Data Protection Office (“EDPO”) as our representative in the EU with regard to personal data processing under the GDPR, to act on our behalf and represent us regarding our obligations under the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 27 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we have appointed EDPO UK Ltd. as our representative in the UK with regard to personal data processing under the UK GDPR, to act on our behalf and represent us regarding our obligations under the UK GDPR.   • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party not already mentioned above; or

If we decide we are unable to accept you into one of our programs, we will retain this information for [two (2) weeks] after the later (i) informing you of such a decision or (ii) our final communication with you about such decision.
